Educated at leading institutions including Mumbai University, Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), IIT Bombay, IIM, and Duke University (USA), Dr. Ingle brings deep expertise in building impactful collaborations and navigating business transformations.

Over the years, he has led high-level business delegations to various international markets and countries, representing Indian enterprises on global platforms. Dr. Ingle has been a respected speaker at numerous business forums, investment summits, and policy roundtables, offering thought leadership on entrepreneurship, innovation, and sustainable growth.

His career is further distinguished by successful collaborations with global institutions like the British Council, the United Nations, and various international development agencies, cementing his reputation as a connector of ideas, capital, and market opportunities.

Mr. Ratnakar Gajare is a seasoned finance and strategy professional with decades of experience in managing large-scale industrial and infrastructure projects. As Senior Strategic Advisor & Mentor at ICCIBI, he provides valuable guidance in financial planning, risk management, and business strategy for enterprises of all sizes.

Mr. Gajare has held leadership roles in the public sector, most notably as Deputy General Manager (Finance) at Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Limited, where he oversaw financial operations for billion-dollar warship construction and defense infrastructure projects — some of the most complex and capital-intensive programs in the country.

Beyond his corporate achievements, he is also a founding member of the ₹100 Crore Cotton Processing Unit (Sut Girni) initiative — an ambitious rural industrialization project designed to empower farmers and small producers by promoting value addition in the cotton supply chain.

With his deep understanding of strategic finance, infrastructure development, and entrepreneurship, Mr. Gajare continues to mentor ICCIBI’s network of startups, MSMEs, and industries toward sustainable and scalable business growth.

Mr. Prakash Bhoware is an experienced international business leader with a proven track record in global trade, strategic market development, and cross-border collaborations. As President – International Business at ICCIBI, he plays a pivotal role in building international networks, driving global business partnerships, and connecting Indian enterprises with new opportunities worldwide.

Currently based in Oman, Mr. Bhoware is associated with Al Jazeera Steel Products Co. SAOG, a leading manufacturer and exporter in the region. His extensive hands-on experience in international business operations and trade negotiations enables him to bridge businesses across sectors — including industry, manufacturing, technology, and services — with global markets.

Over the years, Mr. Bhoware has built strong business relationships across the Middle East, Asia, and Europe, and remains committed to facilitating growth, global exposure, and new business opportunities for ICCIBI members through meaningful partnerships and trade alliances.​

Kumar Kalantri is a dynamic entrepreneur and philanthropist, known for bridging business, culture, and global impact. An American citizen of Indian origin, he holds leadership roles across fintech, media, and social enterprises.

Currently serving as CFO at Sqoot — a fast-growing blockchain-based fintech firm — Kumar combines innovation and cross-cultural strategy to drive meaningful growth. As CEO of Kumter and Aum Shanti Aum Productions, he actively promotes Indian heritage globally through creative ventures and business platforms.

Passionate about social change, Kumar is deeply involved in initiatives supporting climate action, education, and global peace, and has worked alongside world leaders and spiritual icons. His global perspective and commitment to purpose-led entrepreneurship strengthen ICCIBI’s international network.

Mr. Partha Mujumdar is a seasoned businessman specializing in high-end medical equipment, with a strong commitment to healthcare, environmental sustainability, and education. 

With an academic background in Industrial and Workplace Engineering, Partha combines an eye for detail with strategic vision — enabling him to design solutions that blend practicality with social relevance.

His passion for arts, culture, and music further shapes his holistic approach to community development. A former member of Interact and Rotaract International Clubs, Partha remains deeply committed to building a more sustainable and compassionate world for future generations.

Adv. Mangesh Kamble is a dedicated legal professional and an active advocate for inclusive growth and social justice. With extensive experience in legal advisory, community engagement, and policy understanding, he plays a vital role in strengthening ICCIBI’s network and outreach in Navi Mumbai.

Known for his commitment to empowering entrepreneurs and supporting equitable development, Adv. Kamble combines his legal acumen with a passion for driving initiatives in business compliance, social impact, and grassroots entrepreneurship. Dr. Mangesh Bange is a visionary leader, entrepreneur, and youth mobilizer committed to inclusive development and grassroots empowerment. As the Founder of Manas Group of Companies, he has built a multi-sector enterprise focused on creating sustainable business models with strong community impact.

In his role as President – Maharashtra State Youth Engagement at ICCIBI, Dr. Bange leads youth-oriented initiatives that promote entrepreneurship, skill development, and equitable access to economic opportunities across the state. His mission is to cultivate a generation of confident, capable, and socially responsible entrepreneurs.

With extensive experience spanning education, healthcare, agriculture, and cultural development, Dr. Bange is known for his pragmatic leadership, creative thinking, and ability to build meaningful partnerships across sectors.

Sarvajeet Kumar is a young and dynamic marketing student from the College of Vocational Studies, Delhi University, currently pursuing his BA (Voc) in Marketing Management and Retail Business. As Social Media & Delhi Chapter Coordinator at ICCIBI, Sarvajeet brings creativity, strong communication skills, and digital strategy acumen to the organization’s outreach efforts.

With active involvement in leadership roles across campus societies and a keen interest in entrepreneurship and community engagement, he plays a vital role in strengthening ICCIBI’s digital presence and youth network in Delhi.
